I always say—most people don’t step into the role of a transformational leader or practitioner because their life has been perfect. They find themselves here because, at some point, they were desperate for relief, desperate to feel better. My journey into this work is no different.
Six years ago, I was recovering from a head injury that turned my world upside down. That experience reshaped my understanding of mindset work, somatic healing, and what it truly takes to reclaim your life.
Today, I am a 2x trauma-informed somatic practitioner and teacher trainer who has worked alongside leading thought leaders in the industry. Additionally, I’ve guided thousands through transformational breathwork experiences and have mentored and developed hundreds of aspiring somatic practitioners.
I specialize in facilitator development—providing the tools, techniques, and support to help you uplevel your confidence, refine your skillset, and create truly life-changing experiences for your clients.
