THE 8 TRANSFORMATIVE STAGES OF RELEASE

  • RELAXATION

    The first stage involves gentle somatic movements to transition from fight-or-flight into rest and digest, separating external stress from internal experience.

  • MEDITATION

    From there, you float into a deep guided meditation to ground the body and identify the emotions inside your body.

  • STIMULATION

    You then work on stimulating the vagus nerve with deeper somatic stretch and tonal noises.

  • EXPLORATION

    It’s now time to start creating some fire in the body with an ecstatic free flow dance.

  • EMANCIPATION

    This is the climax that will set you free a 3-part somatic expression of movement and sound to release the trapped emotion.

    Now that you are clear, we can anchor in a positive affirmation and create an 'I Am' statement for integration.

With a decade of experience in holistic health and life coaching combined with my own international travels and studies of somatics, I have distilled this knowledge into a powerful approach to empowering you to take control of your physical and emotional well-being.
